So I've got a simple 2.1 speaker and I've also got a bluetooth speaker which has a 3.5mm cable so it doesn't have to go over bluetooth.

Is it possible to natively somehow get the bluetooth speaker to work paired with the 2 other speakers I have connected to my subwoofer?

To use it as a center speaker or something.

My 2 speakers are RCA connected to my subwoofer and the subwoofer has a 3.5mm cable to my PC.

Could you use an audio splitter where it plugs into your pc? so that it uses  both sets of speakers as output?

I've tried the bluetooth speaker in the front audio and the 2.1 in the back but that didn't work ( didn't expect it to work ).

No that wont work as one will override the other

use one of these, obviously i will not separate out the channels, but that isnt possible anyway, you could then position your bluetooth speaker infront of you and your left and right speakers to either side

You will probably ruin stereo seperation though, but it might work for you, seems pontless to have a 3.1 system if you ask me, you only have 2 years so a left and right stereo speaker should create centre audio naturally

Will it natively work without any problems and can I just set the bluetooth one as the center speaker?

you cant set it to anything, it will work yes, it will just mirror the audio going to the speakers into the bluetooth speakrs

you will get this

Left speaker                                           BT Speaker                                          Right Speaker

Left Channel                           Left Channel Right Channel                           Right Channel
