This is a new build and my first, it worked perfectly for 6 days before my NZXT Kraken elite 360 cooler stopped working. On boot it took me to the bios which said check cpu fan header etc.. i verified it was plugged in correctly, i tried using the aio header but basically it seemed dead. So i tried plugging in a cpu fan from my old pc into the cpu fan header, and now everything works, including my kraken elite cooler.

I power down and figure the cable going to cpu fan header is just defective and i arrange rma of the kraken cooler.

Today, 2 days later, i figure i'd try it one last time and behold, it starts normally like nothing happened.

What is going on here?
