New to the forum here, hello!

I have a 2.5 inch, 240 GB SSD with 25 GB of storage space left. I understand that having less free storage space slows down its performance, so what files and folders can I safely transfer to my bulk storage (1 TB HDD) so I can free up some space? Any insight would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

What do you have installed on the primary drive? You should pick the programs that you rarely use and send them to the secondary drive. I recommend reinstalls. For the long term I recommend having the download locations for your browsers and etc set to the secondary drive.

To my knowledge, my operating system (Windows 10), and probably some downloaded installation files and honestly I don't know what else. I thought it would be as easy as just moving some folders over. I'll look into reinstalling some programs and the target location for browser downloads sounds like a good plan. thanks!
