WARNING: LONG POST

Hi,

I am having a weird problem and it is driving me nuts.

Issue - Whenever I am doing something on my PC or just idling, It goes into "sleep mode". Motherboard lights will be ON and nothing else (No Display, No Lights on Case Fans and Mouse & KB). However when I press any key on keyboard, Everything lights up as normal and it puts me on to the lock screen. Where I enter my password and work normally until it happens again. It happens randomly meaning it can happen 5 times in a minute or not happen at all for an hour or so.

Specs-

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

GPU - Integrated (Vega 8)

RAM - ADATA XPG Gammix D30 3200Mhz 8GBx4 (I have enabled XMP profile in BIOS/UEFI)

Motherboard - ASRock B450 Steel Legend

SSD - Kingston SQ500 480GB and Crucial BX500 500GB SATA Drives

PSU - ADATA XPG Core Reactor 750W 80+ Gold (Previous PSU - Cooler Master MWE 450W V2 80+ Bronze)

OS - Arch Linux (Primary) and Windows 10 (Dual boot on BX500)

Note - Issue persists on both OSes

More about issue -

This problem has started about 10 days ago. When I had that Cooler Master PSU and 2x 8GB ADATA RAM. So I bought another kit (8GBx2) of same RAM to troubleshoot. But the problem insisted with the old PSU. So I put all those 4 sticks in my PC with old PSU and problem was there. So I also ordered the new PSU (Adata Reactor). I put it in the PC today. The problem is still there. Now the last step that I need to do is remove those previous sticks and test it using the new ones. I have tested all 4 sticks RAM using Memtest64 for about 30 mins. It didn't spit out any errors but it was using only 17024MB of RAM(?). All parts are bought in March of 2023. Except the New PSU and RAM Kit that were bought 5 days ago.

So what can I do to resolve this. It is very annoying. I have no money left for buying a new motherboard and RMA would take forever. I live 150KM away from a city where there is Asrock Service Center (in India).

Weird Past History -

I had an old PC that I built in July of 2022 (i3-3220, 8GB DDR3, H61M, Kingston SQ500, MWE 450W), It had exact same issue but once I replaced the RAM it was fine.

I don't think so. I would get that I am facing problem in one OS, but issue is on both operating systems.

You've also had it on a previous pc. It might be due to something you do
