PC Freezing

I built my pc a few months back and as of recent ive been having some issues with it. At first it was just my valorant crashing in the main menu or loading screen so i tried doing some troubleshooting and nothing fixed it and i just began to ignore it. It soon became random apps crashing and freezing. The freezing would often happen whenever i booted up my pc or when i tried to launch a game. I thought it was a software issue after running a few tests like memtest86 and samsung magician diagnostics and finding no errors in my parts. So i decided to fresh wipe my ssd and reinstall windows but now i cant open discord install or install any games. I also have the error that my pc booted in safe mode when i have XMP on for my ram. I have no clue how to fix my pc and i dont want to take it to a shop any fixes? (I have warranty on most of my parts and ive attached a few pictures of some of the errors ive gotten)

Make sure your drive is formatted and partitioned properly

Having your PC specs would be beneficial.

If you're having issues with XMP, keep it disabled.

Ensure your BIOS is up to date.

 

Re-seat your memory and ensure the sticks are in slot 2 and 4 (Pending you have 2 only)
