Budget (including currency): £1600-£1800 (GBP)

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Current gen AAA games, 3d modelling/ game dev

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

It's been most of a decade since my last PC build, I've spent the last couple of years using an Alienware R17 Laptop which has since developed several issues. Primarily being that the battery starts draining while plugged in when using the graphics card, this progressed into the batterey no longer recharging to 100%. I now have a maximum of 6% battery available.
I decided it was time to let it go and get a new PC as I no longer travel as much. Like
Here is the parts list I initially ended up with:
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/d6vhDq
It's been a while since I last part picked so any glaring issues being pointed out would be great.
I already have a monitor I currently use as a secondary and I would use at maximum 3 in the future.
Likely would use Windows 10 as that's what I'm used to now I have neither the time nor inclination to go down the Linux rabbit-hole atm.
Would also love advice on case fans, what I need, how many are normally used, etc.

Case with better airflow, board with better VRM's, ATX 3.0 psu, five pipe cpu cooler and an SSD with DRAM cache. You want to use Windows 11 with these Intel 13 gen cpu's due to the better scheduling with the big + little cores. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.
