Help with upgrade

This is my setup, rn
Processor: Ryzen 7 AMD 3700x 3.6GHz (4.4GHz Turbo).
Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk MAX
Memory: 32GB DDR4 3600Mhz
Power Supply: 750W Corsair CX750M
Graphics Card(s): 1x NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - Gigabyte

I want to upgrade my GPU, right now, i use it for games + streaming/recording.

IDK if i should go, team red or team green, i think team blue isnt for me right now.


budget: 600~700 USD

Rn im thinking about a 4070, 4070 Ti or a 7900 XT, but i never owned a team red gpu.
