Hall effect controller modds

We all now of the stick drift plague, and seems to only be getting worse. 

On top of my switch pro, Xbox 360, and now even my PS2 controller all showing signs of Sevier drift especially my 360 n PS2 controllers that were both fresh out off box less then 1year ago. 

 

My question is where and if possible can I get hall effect sticks to replace them so I don't have to drop 60usd on replacement sticks that have a higher chance to go bad in less then 2 years?

I am not aware of any hall effect replacement for the dualshock controller, but if you get an adapter called the wingman ps2 you can use newer more modern controllers on the ps2.

where are you buying your sticks from that they cost $60?  that seems a little high
