Planning on a build log

I have been thinking of this for some time now but haven't got around to it. I want to make a computer with a minimalistic look and it have a contrast of black and white. I have never done a custom water cooling loop and i'm on a budget so I need some help deciding on what to do with that. my budget just for the loop would be under $300 if possible but what i want is rigid white acrylic tubing and all other stuff is debatable my specs are mostly set in place though 

Mobo: Asus sabertooth z87
CPU : Intel Xeon e3 1230
GPU : pny gtx 770 reference cooler
PSU : corsair rm 750
SSD : Samsung 840 pro 120gb
HDD : WD black 1tb
RAM : corsair Dominator platinum 8 or 16gb

Other parts
Case : phanteks enthoo primo
CPU cooler: maybe custom loop
Lighting : bitfenix alchemy white led's
Cables : nzxt sleeved white cables
Fans: be quiet pure wings2

 

As you may tell RAM is up for debate but most other stuff is set in place. I plan to mod the case just slightly by adding real glass windows because I prefer the way it looks, I will also be modding the GPU to make the green light on the side white. I want it to look like this, but less gamer and more modern
