Wrong Fiber Optic Networking Setup?

Here's the hardware I have:

PowerConnect 7024F w/ J3PC9 SFP+ module

Dell FTLX8571D3BCL

OM4 LC-LC MMF (10M)

CT VBS SFP-10G-SR-ML

Mellanox ConnectX-3

 

 

So, on the PowerConnect it says Loss of Signal. I've read the owner's manual, searched online, but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've set my desktop and the PowerConnect MTU to 9000. Any help would be really appreciated. This is my first forum post anywhere.
