Pc Keeps Crashing

Specs are Nvidia 3070ti

32 gb ram

CPU is an test CPU (taskmanager says Cpu 0000) from Intel

Pc is bought second hand

I dont know why but it would freeze some times in Destiny 2 needing a restart by holding down powerbutton but since i got my QHD 144 Hz monitors it startet to crash more often

while it crashed during cinnebench i had taskmanager open and it said Cpu 100% Ram 7,6/32gb Ssd 1 0% Ssd 2 24% Gpu 20%

 

so yeah i dont know what the problem could be

how long do you have the pc and is your pc able to run games other than Destiny 2?

we bought it from a coworker of my mother and i got all the boxes and reciepts and the mainboard was bought on 17.3.21 and i have been using it since fall. i was able to count the crashes on my hands but since i have the new monitors it doubled

the pc can run sea of thieves on 200~ fps

you should confirm this cpu and probably replace it, intel confidential cpus don't get microcode updates and can naturally be be crashy, which is why they are dirt cheap.

how would i confirm the cpu and what cpu would you recomend as a replacement
