Pc troubles booting

My friend wanted a pc upgrade so we started looking at parts and ordering things we got him a new CPU, motherboard, GPU, and ram and a CPU cooler. Everything else stayed the same. I built the PC and now whenever I try to boot it, it does one of many things lets me right into windows, freezes on the motherboard brand logo, gives me an error that says new CPU installed ftpt and so on and sometimes the PC looks like its running but is displaying nothing does anyone know what the problem is I've never encountered something like this

We are using a Ryzen 3600 2x8 gb 3200 ram and a 5700xt also sometimes it tried to repair and I get the blue screen that says automatic repair couldn't repair your PC and other time I get the screen
