Intel i11700k crashing

I've got a pc that keeps crashing it's started off crashing either trying to load games from steam or while playing them, but now it's crashing during start up or just randomly, had this problem in the past and ended up deleting all data off ssd and starting again, I have ran, Sfc /scannow and all 3 dism /online /clean up image in cmd but they come back clean, recently installed a 4060ti but have had this problem in the past before having the graphics card, any help would be appreciated as I am amauter pc builder 

 

My pc specs are

Intel i7 11700k 

MSI z490-a pro 

NZXT z63 rgb

2x 8gb Kingston fury beast 

Samsung 980pro nvme ssd 

Gigabyte 4060ti
