I really like the case that you suggested but i also wanted to go with an AIO the only question I have is if I should go with Windows 10 or 11 because I've heard really bad things about win11 being buggy and crashing a lot or people not being able to do things that they want to

Windows 11 was taylor made for Intel 12 and 13 gen cpu's with P-cores and E-cores. tbh Windows 11 has it all over Windows 10 atm

Budget (including currency): $2,000 - $2,500

Country: United States of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CS:GO, MW2, Rainbow Six Siege, Maybe some AAA games here and there, Editing/Photoshop

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  Anything above 120FPS cause rn i have a 1080p 144hz monitor but I'm trying to upgrade my monitor to 4k

I'm trying to build a pc to play games, record, and edit on but i have pretty much no idea how well all the components are compatible. If anyone has any suggestions or things i would need to add to this build please let me know cause I don't wanna screw up and waste money. I'll leave a link to everything below.

IMO too many cut corners to force the 4090 in.  CPU Cooler, RAM, Storage, wouldn;t recommend it just to get that 4090.

Changed the CPU to 7700X which is a bit of a downgrade, but it's hardly a bottleneck and i also made it up elsewhere, considering you are going for 4k later. Changed the motherboard to a cheaper one but from the same tier. Left he memory the same since it has a really nice discount for a 6000MHz CL30 and XMP works just as fine as EXPO on non X3D CPUs. Change the cooler to the Peerless Assassin. Now storage. That 5400rpm HDD is only good for DVRs and is trash for gaming even when you use an entire SSD as cache for it. Also removed the DRAM-less SSD and got you a real OG the 970 Evo Pro. The 980 was on discount up until last week for $99, which was crazy good price for 2TB NVMe PCIe gen4 drive with 2GB cache, but that offer is no longer available. Replaced that waste of sand the 4080 with a 4090 and accordingly update the PSU. You shouldn't really drop under 1000W with a 4090. Now 4k won't be a problem.

I really like the case that you suggested but i also wanted to go with an AIO the only question I have is if I should go with Windows 10 or 11 because I've heard really bad things about win11 being buggy and crashing a lot or people not being able to do things that they want to

Consider this - AIOs unlike air coolers have limited lifespan. In 5-6-8 years you would most likely have to change the AIO, because it will have greatly reduced performance. The timeframe depends on the brand and the quality of the components, but generally after 5 years it's not weird to see cooling performance drop, that is if you mount it correctly, otherwise it could be dead in less than a year. So for you next build/upgrade you might not be able to use the same cooler. It looks good no doubt, but has some downsides as well.
