Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Diablo 4, City Skyline 2, World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls Online, Civilization, Software development in ruby, java, python, javascript so here VSCode mostly

You could use a lower capacity PSU. Anything over 600W would be fine.

 

Check local pricing on Peerless Assassin 120 SE, Phantom Spirit, and AK620 cpu coolers. They offer as good or better performance and may be less expensive than the Dark Rock Pro 4.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
