Seems fine.

Obviously you're spending more on the aesthetic so theres no point trying to argue you up to a 7900XT(X) as that will defeat the purpose

Heres some possible changes

thank you. and yeah i was looking at some but shes kinda stuck on white. im not the biggest fan of it but what can you do. the list you sent makes sense to me. i looked at the 7900xtx but she didnt like the idea of spending the extra few hundred dollars more for a white model. and i also dont really think she would really use it to its full potential tbh

Try this ... give her some bling along with far better airflow than that 011 case offers. Those fans go inside the top of the case where an AIO would normally go.

For whatever reason this cpu cooler isn't showing up on PC Partpicker. You can also find it on Amazon.

DeepCool AG620 WH ARGB Dual-Tower CPU Cooler $59.99

Low profile RAM so that it doesn't impede that dual tower cpu cooler.
