Having issues with my new build. Threw it together no problem RTX 4070 Ti and same monitor I had with a 1070 but for some reason the new build won't allow 200hz but the 1070 did. Same display cable, same everything just a different card/build. It allows me to switch but goes to a black screen and reverts back. I have tried changing the power mode and other higher refresh rates to no avail, stuck at 60 hz.

Unlikely the problem but did you fully remove the old drivers with DDU and install them fresh?
