i have a AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16 core 32 threads, i also have a corsair h150i rgb pro xt cooler.

When im idleing its around 75 degrees, but if the cpu was underload it would drop temps down to around 50 degrees and the setting on the cooler are set to balanced tryed all setting but will always idle at around 75 degrees and drop to around 50 when i play a game is their anyway to drop the idle temps more?

Your cpu must be doing something then. Are you sure its not downloading a game or loading up some startup processes?

I'd try reseating the cpu cooler then or making sure your thermal paste application was applied correctly

Lets try software first.

Whats your idle voltage at? Its normal for it to be pretty high due to Zen aggressive boost curve, in which case we could try to band aid it with a Curve Optimizer Voltage Offset tweak.
