(quick question)dota 2 compendium

Asking any question here isn't stupid. If you don't get answers then it just means that we don't know. If you mean that can you use things compendium unlocks, then answer is no. I don't personally even really play Dota2 but I bought TI4 compendium because I like esports.

can i use compendium points if i dont buy the actual book?

 

(im a noob well 59 hours and i cant find it anywhere sorry for wasting ur time)

I wouldn't risk using the points until you get the compendium, just leave them in your inventory it's not like it goes away.
