PC shutdown suddenly

Hi all,

I have recently faced an issue while playing battlefield 2042 that my pc suddenly did a shutdown. At first I thought it's due to overheating but I checked the event viewer there is no log regarding any critical warning (ex taskid 6008). It showed the pc went to sleep IDK why it shows went to sleep. 

If anyone knows what's exactly behind the shutdown please let me know and even if it is due to overheating is there any chance my cpu can be damaged due to the heat?

I think we need you to provide us with more info about your PC. Now, it could be anything, I will be checking this thread.

Try to post the system configuration. Did you change something on the PC recently? Is your room hot?

It's an i5 10400f with 32gigs of ddr4, rtx 2060 super 650 w Corsair psu

Didnt you accidentaly press sleep key on your keyboard?

No there is no sleep key on my keyboard. Could you please let me know how to check that my processor is ok?

try to run bios check on a CPU. Also, you can try running a cpu benchmark and see if it crashes.

Also, it can be a GPU driver issue. The problem could be anywhere, so try eliminating the possibilities one by one, for example running benchmarks on different components.
