I already have a very big suspicion on my CPU being faulty, but I am not sure so I want to see if somebody else encountered this problem.

To start off, I first started getting BSoD errors while playing RDR 2, errors like "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED", "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR" and sometimes "UNEXPEXTED STORE EXCEPTION", after which I got a weird "Insert Boot Device" screen. I was extremely smart so I basically just ignored these errors becuase my pc worked properly after restarting. That was until one day, and about a month later while playing GTA 5, I got the "UNEXCPECTED STORE EXECPTION" error again. I was like "maybe it's the drivers" so I tried updating my CPU drivers, and after the update completed, the moment I pressed restart, I haven't been able to get into Windows anymore. And then I started getting "INNACESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE". My SDD and hard drive are working properly, which I checked out in recovery mode. I tried downloading windows through the windows recovery media and I always get the message "Your PC doesn't meet the minimim req for Windows 11", or something along those lines. It couId be because the BIOS sometimes doesn't show me I have any RAM, but other times it does. I read that errors like this can be caused by bent cpu pins, I checked my pins and everything is ok. When i put it back in it does the same thing as before, BSoD. So my only real suspects here are the RAM and CPU, because everything else seems to be working properly. Problem is I don't have any spare AM4 CPU or ddr4 RAM to test the computer out with. If somebody can point me out the potential problems and solutions I would be very thankful.

My specs (if that would be of any help):

Motherboard: AsRock B450m hdv h4.0

GPU: XFX Radeon 590 Fatboy

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

CPU cooler: AMD Wraith Stealth

RAM: Patriot Viper Steel ddr4 2x8gb 3200mHz

SSD: Intel 670p 512GB

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200rpm

PSU: Corsair CX550

Cpu issues are very rare. More likely to be a memory or storage issue. I'd guess storage because of the inaccessible boot device error. I'd check the smart status with crystaldiskinfo.

I would like to check the status but I can't boot to Windows at all. The biggest reason I thought it was the CPU was because my RAM sometimes wasn't showing up in the BIOS (somebody mentioned that it could signal a CPU issue), so maybe it's a memory issue like you suggested? Is there any way to check my SSD and HDD in recovery mode?

I think I will buy a cheap ddr4 RAM stick and try to check out if my PC boots then.

How did you check the storage? Because this sounds like storage. And SMART which virtually all storage health tools rely on is basically worthless on a modern SSD.

I backuped the files from my two drives by opening notepad in cmd in recovery mode and using "save as" to access the drives, and I also checked the drives' health in CMD using commands I found online. If you think the SSD could be faulty, should I remove it and try to at least install windows using only my hard drive?

I assume you mean SFC and Checkdisk, none of which check the health of the drive. SFC checks the integrity of OS files and Checkdisk scans the NTFS file structure for errors. Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error and Unexpected_Store_Exception are large red flags for storage issues.

Oh ok, thanks a lot for the feedback. Is there any way I can check the drives in recovery mode or should I just buy a new one and try booting that way?

You can post the output of CrystalDiskInfo on Pastebin and link it here (Click on Edit → Copy in CDI and paste to pastebin). Modern SSDs unfortunately have terrible self diagnostics so most likely we can't get any useful information from it. Of the hundreds of bad drives that use the recent attributes I have only seen a handful clearly report an error. The biggest problem is that they removed a ton of attributes and merged them all into one field. The problem with that is that most attributes in SMART aren't bad, they are just informational. So if you see that attribute start ticking up, you have no idea if it's bad errors or just informational ones.
