Facebook contact???

Does anyone know any way to contact Facebook besides the email that they never respond to? My wife and I are on the PTA at our kids school which has a Meta business account that no one has the password to. That account is the owner of our Facebook page. The genius that ran our social media last year assigned the person taking over as a page editor before removing herself as the only admin. So the page currently has 0 admins, therefore, no way of posting as the page, no way of adding admins, no way of adding editors, etc.

 

I have emailed the recovery email for FB multiple times with absolutely no response. I have messaged Meta on Instagram but was not even read. It seems like the only way they will talk to anyone is if we advertise through FB, which without access to the business page, we can't even do. We really don't want to have to make a new page and have to try to get everyone that follows the current page to follow the new page because, let's face it, many people won't, and, I don't think we can even completely shut down the page without an admin or access to the owner's account (which is the Meta Business account).

 

This is kind of a last ditch effort in hopes that someone has some way of contacting someone that can help. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
