Secure boot violation

Mobo: rog strix x670e-e gaming 

 

After problems with getting into bios I finally was able to boot into bios and get on windows 11. I wanted to check if I could boot directly into windows so I turn off from case and I’m was met with no display and the FE error code. I turn off device then back on and get a windows screen saying my pc/device needs repair. While searching what this means my pc turns off itself and I turn it back on finding this screen.
