Beeping when moving mouse

I have some RODE headphones and an MSI Carbon motherboard. I was using the motherboard DAC but was having some problems so I got a proper DAC. I am using a USB input for the DAC. When I move the mouse I get a relatively quiet beeping but it is very obvious. I have tried using rear USB and front panel USB and the problem is the same on both. I remember this being mentioned in an LTT video but I dont remember which one. Does anyone know how to fix it?
