Why does one of them say initialize  ? What does that mean I should have 2 tb only 1tb shows but I have two cards should be 2tb is one of them not active ? It's a new build I just got today.

Installing two drives doesn't mean they join together. Rather, the act as two seperate storage devices.

So im doing what you mentioned and I came across this  not sure if it's bad or good.

As I mentioned above I believe I have only 1tb not 2tb like I should have so im wondering if it shows here and that disk 1 is not initialized
