is the keyboard connected with wire or wireless ?

the message on the display is giving you options so check the keyboard cables etc first if it is not responding when you press the indicated keys in the directions on the screen..

also if the keyboard is connected to the monitor unplug it and plug into the PC

Please send PC specs
if it powers but doesn't post or get into BIOS, you might have a bad or incompatible CPU to BIOS setup
