Problems with my PC

i installed windows and then restarted my pc but when i booted it back up it showed the windows 8 loading thing and then black screen 
i have also tryed reinstalling windows and the same problem occored

i have also tryed safe mode and it works fine also the screen sometimes flickers on the logon screen if i can see it but if i can i carnt do anything

 

things i have checked are 

 

boots in safe mode

boots if i go into boot options and try usb

dosent boot if i just hit the power button

tryed reinstalling windows 

checked all hardware for defects 

windows 7 works fine on the computer

graphics card

ram

ssd

try reinstalling without you gpu, then when it works install the graphics card and see if it works

the problem isent the GPU i put it in one of my other systems and it was fine

he doesn't have integrated graphics how does he do that??? also are you using a legitimate copy of windows or some knock off?

oh yeah sorry didnt saw the FX

ram maybe? Try to get a little speaker wich you can put on your mobo, that way you can detect the problem

this sounds like a driver isue. this may be a longshot but when you try to reinstal WIN(windows) you are given the option to preeinsatal drivers. Have an USB drive with the unziped GFX driver file on it and try to install the driver from the WIN install. But it is posible the WIN my not let you, WIN is picky.  I dont have much exprince with WIN 8 or later so my abality to give advice on this is limited.
