Check the setting in the BIOS, but my guess is that your missing 2 GB of RAM Is reserved for your integrated graphics. That memory won't be available for Windows to use, even when you're not playing games.

So my system has 4 and 2gb sticks, but Windows 10 reports 6gb, usable 4!

How to fix this?

Also 2 gb stick is slower!

Are you running 32-bit Windows?

What are your motherboard and CPU?

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
