Ram or MB?

So i built this rig about 2 months ago, 13700K, z790 edge wifi, 4070ti, 2x16 teamforce delta rgb 7200. 
 

turned it on today to play some breakpoint and the rgb on my ram flickers for a few seconds then goes dark as soon as i load into the game and then crashes game and sends me to desktop. 
 

im pretty new to this and could use some help finding the issue.

Try to reseat the RAM

Done that, switched channels, tried both sticks single in each slot and still will crash

Alright. Try to run a memory test to check for instability or faults with the ram.  https://www.memtest86.com/

Currently running the windows test since thats faster but will do that after this. Thank you.

Sounds good, better try more than one test as they might work differently and one will find a fault while the other one wont.
Here is how to run memtest86. ( If you dont know already)
