When relidding a CPU, how even do you try to get the temps of each core?

Right now I'm looking at a difference of 5-7 C  between my hottest and coldest P-cores on average and about half that on my E cores after my relidding job. I get the same spreads if i look at my maximums for each core. Is it worth it to try narrowing the differences more?

is it it just for fun or are you thermal throttling?  You don't even tell us the max temp it reaches, what is it that you want out of this?

My max temps are fine, at full load i only get up to like 70C with the manufacturer rated overclock applied. My question isn't asking about that, I'm wondering if the spread between my core temps is low enough or if I should try to shoot for lower.

If your max temp is 70c then the spread seems fine?  Why try to shoot for lower if your max temps are 70c? 
5-7c is normal between cores.
