Chrome book | access other users data

Hi, this is semi urgent, i need to access another accounts data but it isnt as easy as go to their user directory and copy and paste , i was wondering if mabey you could do something with the linux cmd you can get (im more than familiar with linux) Thanks!!!! Any help more than apreciated
