i was able to make a list for 1400

if it nees to be 1300, i can switch out gpu for another, wich means youll get WAY less fps, as least 30%

that cooler is overkill

a simple pure rock 2 will keep it at 60° and under

same for the logitech stuff, its ok, but overprice, for mice i much prefer coolermaster
