Interesting noise coming from computer

I just finished building a new computer and was curious what this sound that would come from my computer every minute or so. I've attached a sound clip of it, let me know if you need any more information to pin point what could be making this noise and what it means in terms of if I didn't plug everything in or if something is wrong! You may need to increase your volume to hear it.
