Unfortunately, I have big problems with micro-stuttering only in CS:GO. All other games (LOL, GTA V, Battlefield 2042, Far Cry 6, Witcher 3, Cyberpunk) work perfectly fine. Usually, I see warnings like this:

SteamNetworkingSockets lock held for 47.7ms. (Performance warning.) ServiceThread, RecvUDPPacket, BRecvCryptoHandshake, BFinishCryptoHandshake(x2), PostConnectionStateUpdateForDiagnosticsUI, CSteamNetworkConnectionBase::Think, SteamDatagramClientThinker::Think, EnsureDataCenterRoutesValid, ThinkPingProbes, ThinkSelectServer.

This is usually a symptom of a general performance problem such as thread starvation.

My CPU/GPU combo is: Ryzen 7 5800X3D and AMD RX 6900XT.

I have already tried various things like updating the drivers, updating Windows, or deleting Steam cache, but nothing has worked for me yet. Someone stated that finding 'iphlpsvc' in the Task Manager and disabling it should help, but I couldn't find it. I'm using Windows 11.

Here are my launch options: -tickrate 128 +fps_max 0 -novid -w 2560 -h 1440 -no-browser
