I really hope that the MSI MAG FORGE 100R is less than 224 dollars where you are buying it from... Maybe the 108 Dollar shipping from has something to do with that insane price^^
Also try to find at least 5600mhz CL36 ram.

I would build this, 6700xt outperforms the 7600 by miles

The 7600 also performs better than the 13400f

This benchmarks are also with a nvidia card, with an AMD card the 7600 will perform better.
