Hello there!

I have a Q-Nap NAS, but I have a problem with it. During installation, I accidentally formatted two of the hard drives as RAID 0. I would like to correct this mistake. I only want one storage pool for my Plex files.

My Specs

NAS: TS-453Be

OS: QTS 5.0.1.2277

But when I now want to swap one any of the hard drive in my NAS, the button with the "Manage" function is greyed out (see picture).

Now, before I reinstall the NAS and repeat the error, I wanted to ask if anyone here can help me. Why can't I manage the RAID groups, is it just because they were created as RAID groups or is there another reason.

The second question is, how do I have to format the HDDs, so I get only one large storage pool.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kind regards
