Airflow help

Cerzer

Hey so I have a couple new fans and I was wondering how I should configure them, I have my cpu radiator at the top pulling air in, planned on having 3 fans in the front pulling air in, and the 1 in the back exhausting. But this feels like it’s gonna be too much positive pressure?

photo below displays how I planned to have them configured.

also ignore the terrible cable management lol

thanks!

Flip your top Radiator to exhaust and you will have neutral/slight positive and will be the ideal setup.

@Skiiwee29thank you! During the configuration of the fans I also learned I was a moron and bought 140 mm rather than 120mm 🙃, so I am only able to use 2 fans in the front, would this still be the ideal configuration?

thanks!

You could experiment with the AIO being mounted both ways to see which gives you better temps. You could even try that on the front with those fans on top instead.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
