My pc said my graphics card was bad or needed a driver update and shut down but it won't boot now so I can try to update my drivers what can I do?

I have a msi geforce rtx 2070 venture 8g gpu

does you motherboard have the option to drive the monitor with an HDMI cable ? if it does simpy use that to get to the desktop and download the driver updates and see if it fixes the issue.
