I really like the design for the Deepcool LT series. But I'm not sure if I should get the 520 or 720 model. Both are on sale and decently priced.
I live in a hotter climate and need the best cool possible.

Does the R7600x neeeeeed to hit 95*c in order to hit maximum clock speeds? or will keeping it cooler help it?

I want a AIO for this build. going to put it in the Deepcool ch510 mesh/digital.

Are you saying that it has to hit tJmax before it can clock to its full potential? its actually the opposite. I.e. the lower the temperature, the more leeway it has to boost higher. So a better rad would be better. But since both f these are very competent I would say it doesn't matter too much and you don't need to spend more on the 360 mil ls720 since the 7600x can be tamed on a good single tower cooler (somewhat tamed) like the nh-u12s redux

From what I been hearing is that they need to hit that 95*c in order to maximize performance and they can stay at that 24/7. But if your correct then low the temp the better and it will still hit the max performance.

It doesn't need to hit 95 degrees C. The lower it is the better (when its under full load) because then it'll be hitting its max performance at a lower temp. But I would get the double 120 rad
