Hello everyone

I have bought an Asus 3060 Dual OC v2 (not playing on OC im playing with default clocks) and when playing games the temperature gets very high

And i wanted to know if there is a problem with it (i have a 4 fan case but seems to fail in coolin)

Temps with in the case (closed glass):

Goes to over 90 on every game (in cp77 in 10 mins, in spider man in 16 mins, in GOW in 27 mins, in visage 12 mins) and at 92 i close the game (i play on 1080p ultra settings)

Temps with case glass open (gpu gets to these temps as soon as i open them and only these two tested):

Cp77 : 77-82

spiderman remastered : 76-80

so my question is are the temps still high with case side glass open (open air) and the gpu itself has a problem

or the gpu temps are fine and only case has bad air flow??

90c is quite hot indeed.  80c is warm but not dangerously hot.   How are your case fans allocated?

It keeps going above 90 and i close the game on 92

3 fans on the front and 1 in the back

But is the open air temps normal for a brand new gpu? (tested in 30 mins gameplay)

I'd say so if its being pushed 100%, its an overclocked model from factory so it has higher clocks as well. Its a dual fan model and a small card so I woulod say thats to be expected.  Are the noise of the fans bothering you? If not, you can increase the fan speed / Make a manual fan curve in MSI Afterburner to help keep it more cool.
