Cooling for a case

Hi guys, I'm new here and I had a question for you.  I designated a computer tower and I planned to put 2 fans of 200mm at the front and one of 125mm at the back and I would like your opinion on whether to add a 200mm on the top or not.  All fans are Noctua.

2 front and 1 rear should be plenty. Thats how I have run for 20 years.

Right-left airflow dynamic have been standard and imo adding top mounted fans only helps for AIO mounting.
