A GTX 650 maybe a 750 if you overclocked it. Intel iris pro is pretty powerful

I don't think a 4770k uses iris pro graphics.

Closer to medium with a lot of them (Assuming 1080p), but yeah.

4770R does. The R suffix means Iris Pro.
