They don't make them like they used to, primarily because they don't need to anymore. The vast majority of components either don't emit a large amount of EMI and components that are particularly sensitive to EMI are able to filter out the garbage fairly effectively. 

 

It may be helpful to understand your use case a bit more.

a faraday cage case?  Doesn't exist, you'd have to build one yourself.
