help me with my build - graphics and power needed

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, modded minecraft (vault hunters), emulation of different consoles

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

No need for peripherals. Got a 4k monitor. I would like to have thunderbolt connectivity. I would prefer not to overclock or fiddle with things to get the system running optimal. Upgradable down the line would be nice.

I had a few rog mainboards and always loved evga graphic cards.

I made a build that makes sense to me, but i need help with a graphics card and power. My thought on the graphics card was at least 16gb ram but i don't know where to start here, the 4060ti didn't make sense after the review video and now I think of going with a higher budget for the graphics card. (originally 400€)

this is so gullible its cute. Itll function mostly as Displayport over USB-C rather than actual thunderbolt. And besides, on AMD youll run USB4 not Thunderbolt, only Asus ProArt boards have carrier board with Intel Thunderbolt chip. +1 on @Why_Me recommendation.
