bios slow after ram overclock

so yesterday when i was fiddling around with bios settings i did a 2666mhz overclock on my terribly slow 2133mhz ram which failed so after few tries i gave up and went back to xmp profile but now it seems even enabling xmp slowdowns the pc idk why maybe even without it too because the first time i flashed bios it was ok without any sorts of ram overclock but on 2nd flash it was still slow while xmp not being present.
