How to skip this screen?

Problem is everytime i boot my pc i need to go to bios in order for windows to boot, is there some setting in the bios i need to change to skip doing this everytime? Im using a x79 chinese motherboard if that helps

Do you have a cmos battery or no? If you cant tell just take a pic of the mobo

in your bios you need to find the boot order option and select your windows drive as the first boot device.

I have a cmos battery and can confirm its working fine since the clock is always synced

It is already set as the first boot device but the problem i have is it needs to go to bios everytime i open the pc for the first time

try resetting bios or try updating bios. If none of that works, try disabling fast boot from sysconfig.

And don't forget to save the changes to the BIOS before restarting the machine.
