Bluetooth amplifier

I have a Bluetooth amplifier it's Charging mechanism is dead. so i installed a lithium charging circuit. But what i noticed is i installed the charging pcb board near to Bluetooth antenna and little 

Glued too with glue gun now the single strength is reduced.How to increase it. should I add a wire to that antenna And some may say change the placement but that is best possible place as the area is too small
