7900 + 3090 + 32gb 6000c32

Make sure you can return the gpu incase its broken

7800x3d only if you have workloads that benifit from the extra cache, otherwise 7900 is cheaper and you can run 5.4-5.5ghz allcore

if you do need wifi the aorus elite ax is 40€ more but also a few extra usb ports on the rear i/o

Also samsung drives are overpriced so i reccomend avoiding them unless theyre going for a decent price (which they usually dont and you can get a top end gen4 for not much more that will obliterate the sad 970 evo)

Evo is like 60eu, i want to make the motherboard cheaper so what could i use? The X3D variant is better in strategy games like in the X4 game bc the world simulation really good with this cpu. My problem is that the 3090 is older, and the XTX has way better performance but i thinking about a 4070 bc the strategy games wont need that big vram than any other AAA game. But again the XTX has better performance... so idk

Here my choosen parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/D2MN3y

Some parts here cheaper some are not... I will buy from Heureka, bc this site compares others sites so its really ez to pick the cheapes.

Actually thats a pretty solid partlist with minor overspending though thats us pricing and i used germany pricing which should be abit closer to your countries pricing

if you are sure you wont benifit that much from nvidia then you can ditch the used 3090 for a 7900xt on my partlist

If thats the spec you can get within budget then id say go for it, sure theres definitely optimizations to be made on the psu and case spending but its still a solid list

though make sure your programs can actually benifit from the extra cache otherwise id reccomend a 7900 instead since you can run the thing at 5.4-5.5 allcore

For psu a 700w? My budget is 200eur more what i found so i need to step back a little bit, maybe the gpu is overkill for me...Maybe a 4070?

Everything here except the case is costs more...

Edit:Yes with the 4070 im well under my budget. Maybe i will upgrade later bc im not playing AAA games, im only strategy and sometimes indie. Sure X4 Foundations need something but the XTX is definetly overkill for him. Maybe the Motherboard could be cheaper, i think there i can save a little bit but i dont want ASUS. And i went from a 6400mhz RAM to just 6000. So my list is this :

Look for a used 3090 instead since theyre like 700€ on ebay (the underscored 3090 on my partlist thingy is a link if you want an example) cause rtx 4070 is a joke and is beaten by a 6800xt, not to mention the 3090 having double the vram and definitely being faster than a 6800xt let alone a crappy 4070

look for a cheaper drive thats 2tb, 60€ seems decent but if you got nvmes going for 40€ then the 970 evo is still overpriced

Prefferably get some 5600c30 or 6000c32 rams so when the time comes to upgrade cpu you dont have to swap out ram you just overclock it instead, with the 8000+ capability of hynix a die itll suffice for all the upcoming generations if intels current imc is anything to go by

look for a cheaper psu or a 1000w psu as 135€ seems overpriced, i highly suggest not following any arbitrary tiers on a tierlist as that tends to be a massive money pit without even giving you any real world benifits, just follow reviews and customer reports

D15 is just obselete with so many cheaper better options, not a good buy nowadays, look for a peerless assassin/phantom spirit 120 or ag/ak620 as those are cheaper equivalents

So i checked the used market here, the 3090 is 1000eu still here. So on that money i can buy a XTX... maybe i go with radeon 6800 i would buy a gpu in the 600eu range. Psu actually this is the most cheapest, and its 850w .Im scared of unknown brands in cooler, yea and the peerless assassin what i wanted originally is nowhere here. And can you guys recomend a cooler for this setup? i would request from here : https://www.heureka.sk/  or  https://www.alza.sk/
