specs: 5600g, 3060ti, 16gb ram 650 watt psu.

so this is a prebuild, in the time gpu prices were through the roof. originally came with 16gb ram, I have 2 old pc's with the exact same 2x 8gb gskill tridentz ram sticks 32gb in total, and I swapped them in to this pc that is now stuttering. I swapped the ram sticks back to the originals since it was stuttering but now it is still stuttering. can anyone please help me troubleshoot this.

Did you install the RAM in the correct slots?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

yes slot 2 and 4 as it originally was. I'm stuttering in Apex Legends and moving my cursor in desktop with no applications runing after restarting. the in game symbol means "starvation" and a quick google search says "Starvation. The above symbol of a blank clock next to a microphone means Starvation. In computing, this refers to a scenario in which a process cannot be completed because the necessary resources are not present" I dont think this is a network issua because I didnt have this problem before tried to upgrade ram.
