Gaming Performance Suddenly dropped horribly

I've been Trying to help a Friend of mine that doesn't live nearby but he messaged me saying his anytime he plays a Game now it barely runs except for 1 Title and its Tom Clanceys Phantom Pain I know he has windows 11 and his GPU is a RX6600XT but that's about all the Info he has given me since he's not tech savvy and I've been trying to run down possible issues and decided to ask if anyone else has been having issues like this in the Past few Days

Tell him to first say which cpu he has (by going into task manager and then clicking on the second tab called performance) and also how much ram has

Then tell him to install msi afterburner Afterburner (msi.com) and show his stats in game by configuring it like this vid 

Tell him to also run cinebench r23 Cinebench Release 23 Installers (maxon.net) and tell us his scores

Monitor: Samsung WQHD 34 inch and 43 inch TV

Mouse: Logitech G203

He has Ryzen 5 5600G and 16GB of Corsair Vengence 3200MHz but according to his Screenshot of his Memory Performance he's only Running stock Speeds but I guess the Issue is he has owned this PC for a Little Over a Year with no Problem and then all of sudden can no longer play any games because they are unplayable

He has a Ryzen 5 5600G and 16GB of Corsair Vengence 3200MHz but according to his Screenshot of his Memory Performance he's only Running stock Speeds but I guess the Issue is he has owned this PC for a Little Over a Year with no Problem and then all of sudden can no longer play any games because they are unplayable
